Ok, so this is not about Outdoor Movies per se... but every company needs a decent phone system in order to be responsive to customers as it grows. Becuase we are mid sized, I though that an outsourced enterprise grade VoIP phone system made sense. We purchased from bandwidth.com. The salesman was really good. We purchased the T1. This all went according to schedule. From there was downhill. We had an installation tech not return calls or e-mails. Documentation comes in drips and drabs buried in-mail text. The equipment did not ship on time. Our gateway appliance (stops viruses) shipped unconfigured. Anyway I am ranting. Everything finally got installed yesterday and we are now up and running. Which means customers will have better experience. If you are buying a new hosted VoIP business phone system... beware that you may feel like a beta tester.
